SSC has made a significant enhancement to our First Touch Intramural program this year: it will now be staffed by our professional travel program coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide all our young players with top-tier coaching from the very beginning. This initiative will create a seamless pathway, bridging our Intramural and Travel programs and ensuring consistent, high-quality development for every child. Our goal is to offer an unparalleled soccer experience, preparing players who aspire to graduate to our Travel Program with familiar faces and coaching philosophies.

The program is designed to introduce the sport in a fun and relaxed atmosphere for children ages 3-up to 2nd grade (U8). This one-hour session includes age-appropriate exercises and fun activities created and facilitated by professional coaches.  Each session will end with small-sided games that will provide a fun and competitive environment for our players to enjoy and develop a love for soccer.

Program Details

• Children will be grouped via request or by schools where possible. 
• Each team will share a practice field with one of the other teams within the age group. 
• Sessions for girls’ groups are on Saturdays 
• Sessions for boys’ groups are on Sundays
• Each session will be approximately 60 minutes long. 
• Each child must wear soccer cleats and shin guards and bring a soccer ball to every session (a water bottle is recommended as well)
• Registration cost: $375 for Fall and Spring Seasons;   $200 for Spring season additions
